Eric was born in Vermont and started working on vehicles professionally at 19 years old while attending Vocational Tech in New Hampshire. Eric continually trains his staff to make sure you, the client receives the latest advanced technology along with the best in customer service.
"It's not the destination, it's the journey" is the motto James strives to work with day by day. James joined the Baker Motor family in 2005. James grew up on Capital Hill in Washington, DC. In 1989 he graduated from Massanutten Military Academy and went on to the College of Charleston where he graduated in 1994 with a BA in History and a minor in Political Science. He competitively raced in snow skiing for 5 years. James brings his structure, discipline, teamwork, and commitment to each and every client.
Parts
Mike Ross has been with the family since 1999 after attending Limestone University. Mike knows the quality of his parts department depends on the quality of his part's consultants. "Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." Mike and his team have achieved numerous awards including the Award of Excellence for 2008, 2009, and 2010.
